Vijayasri, the second women cinematographer in India, has done diploma in cinematography at Film and TV Institute, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She led her foot steps in Indian cinema, canned 20 feature films successfully as DOP and 10 films as second DOP within the experience of 25 yrs,
Born on jan.1st as a fourth child to a physical director and land lord Mr.Sitharamyya, at Tirupati which is under the grace of Lord Sri Venkateshwara. She has done her post graduation in M.A [ENG].Her father showed her the path of cinema at the age of 21yrs.
She was captured in the world of cinema after working under renowned persons like Mr.Ashok kumar Agarwal,Director/Cinematographer, who was the first person to shoot 3D film in India, and who won National award for color photographic film. She also got an opportunity to work with renowned DOP’S Mr.Rajeev menon and Mr.Vippin das
She extended her interest in photoshop and FCP editing and attained a Diploma in FCP and VFX. She canned independently thirty feature films and received Best Lady award and Director, Late Dasari narayana rao Award.
